Easy Oven Roasted Herb Chicken

Easy Oven Roasted Chicken Thighs

Ingredients: 

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp of Thyme
  • 1 tbsp of Parsley
  • 1 tbsp of Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp of sage 
  • 1/8 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp of coriander
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 3/4 tsp of paprika
  • olive oil 
The set of ingredients I use, but fresh is always preferred!
Lots of herbs lots of flavor, you can always mix it up and add some rosemary or switch around some quantities to make it just how you like it! This chicken goes well with pretty much anything from pasta to Brussels sprouts.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and grease a baking pan with olive oil
  2. Mix together all spices 
  3. Place thighs in the baking pan and oil them up (using olive oil in the pan)
  4. Sprinkle seasoning over the thighs evenly and rub it in on all sides
  5. Lay the thighs out evenly and flat along the baking sheet
  6. Put aluminum foil over to and close off on all sides
  7. Put it in the pre-heated oven for 45 minutes
  8. After 45 minutes take the thighs out of the oven and take the foil off
  9. Use the fluid in the pan to baste the thighs
  10. After you finish basting place them in the oven for another 10-15 minutes to brown nicely
  11. Serve with your favorite side and enjoy!
